Mumsnet HQ/whoever - can you add a message when photos have been added

when making a post & adding a photo/s, a message appears in the post stating that they are under review. However everyone else reading the post just thinks OP hasn't added the photo. Lots of "I can't see it" replies etc

Can you change it so that everyone else sees the "awaiting review" message as well?

Can't the poster of the pic state that it's under review? But most of us know that happens and will be patient. They never come up straight away anymore. But I guess that message could help any confusion.
