Concern about a recurring advert with a hooded figure and flashing text

Maybe just me but there is a horrible (quite scary) in my view ad that keeps popping up Dark green hooded person (no face visible) and a flashing text that says “it costs more than you think”. With costs in red, Then “learn more”. I’ve nearly hit this accidentally a few times and am actually worried as to what it is.

Thank you! I’ll do that when it next shows up - typical it’s not doing it just now! I was on iPhone. It’s just very creepy in my opinion and uncomfortable to see flash up.

Thankfully that can be quite typical! Our ad quality partner will automatically step in if it suspects malicious intent… which this one sounded like it was going to do…

It was sinister and I was concerned the flashing light would generate epilepsy for some?

Ohhh I’m sorry you had it too though also a bit relieved I wasn’t alone. It was very creepy wasn’t it. I hadn’t considered the epilepsy trigger you’re right.
