Clicking on a link in an email where I've been mentioned or quoted just takes me to a list of threads in the app

Hello @Thebinisrightthere could you please let us know what version of the app you're using? You can find this by opening the app and then selecting the profile menu in the top right hand corner of the screen. The app version will show at the bottom of the menu. Thank you.

Thanks @Thebinisrightthere. It does look like you're on the most recent version. Could you let us know if you're viewing your emails in the browser or in an app? (eg Google, Outlook etc). And if you're using an app to view them, which app is it?

We are looking into it, but so far we haven't been able to reproduce the issue on our end, which is making it a little trickier to pin down.

Could you let us know if you're still experiencing this? If so, is it happening every time you tap a mention/quote link in an email, or only occasionally?

@OverTheWater28 I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this too. I can see you're using the iOS app. Could you please let me know which version of the app you're using?

You can check this by opening the Mumsnet app and tapping the profile icon in the top right hand corner. This will open a menu, and you'll find the app version at the bottom.
