Currently the MN app will match whatever your device settings are. So it sounds like you might have dark mode settings in your device set to 'Automatic' and the option maybe set to 'Light Until Sunset'.

Having this setting toggled on means that your device will show in light mode until the sun sets, and then it will swap to dark mode. Because the MN app matches your device settings currently, it's probably showing in light mode until the sun sets and then is changing to dark mode. Could you maybe double check that in your settings and let us know how you get on?

We think the reason why it's likely just happening on MN is because it's typical for apps to have their own settings that can be independent from the user's device settings, but we weren't able to release this straight away unfortunately. We're aiming to release an update in the next few weeks where we'll add a setting to the MN app that controls whether it's in light mode, dark mode or if the app should follow system settings, so it will behave in the same way as your other apps. Until then though the only way to switch out of dark mode is to go to the settings on your device and turn off the automatic shift setting.
