The emails telling you that you have been quoted in a post no longer contain a link to take you to the thread or the post.
Can you bring it back, please?

Thanks for asking about this. The quoted post emails should still contain the link to the relevant post on the thread.
Please can we ask how you're viewing your emails? Is it via the Mail app on your phone?

Hi again @Gingerkittykat. What provider are you using? Could we also ask you to send us a screengrab of the email so we can see the whole thing? That might help us work it out. If you don't want to cover up any personal info and post it here, you can always email it to us at [email protected] and just post here to let us know and we'll go and find it. Thank you!

Hello @Gingerkittykat so we have looked into this and it seems there is an issue with BT emails not being optimised for some of the emails we are sending to you. How are you accessing Mumsnet, is it on the mobile site or from your laptop?

Hi @Pinkfluffypencilcase. Thanks for letting us know. If you could also send us a screengrab, that would be really helpful. Gmail is usually ok with these things so it would be great to see exactly how it's displaying.
@Gingerkittykat Unfortunately there's not much we can do about this from our end, but what we will do is add a hyperlink to the text so there's another way to access the thread without the button.
