See all MNHQ posts on a thread?

I'm wondering if it is possible for this site to implement a "See All" button for MNHQ posts on a thread similar to how it is for OPs?

I'm thinking of this very long thread with at least three different Mods/Justine all making official posts and it is a thread where I, quite frankly don't want to scroll through all the bickering/certain posters but I am wanting to read all the official replies.

Click 'silhouette figure' top right
Click 'Settings'
Click 'Talk settings'
Find 'On threads show messages per page'
Click 'All'
Click 'Save settings' - don't forget this one!

I might be stupid here but how would that help with going from one MNHQ post to another? I believe there were five blue posts in that thread so how do I see/go to all of those?

Edit - Ahhhh I get your answer now. I don't want to see all of the thread posts in one go (instead of 100 or 25 posts per page), it was to see all official posts similar to how all OPs posts can be seen.

Would advanced search work? Using the name and relevant dates and/or relevant message board?

I know this works for other users.

Of course you’d need to know which MNHQ name you were searching for.

No. I won't know which Admin posted in the thread. At least 3 posted and I think the first one was over 200 posts in. It's now 800 posts long with five official posts in it.

But I could only see the one 'here' on a thread with at least 3 MNHQ comments and it took me to the last one, so I had to scroll back looking for the others.

It's not very helpful for MNHQ to post that they will be updating only on one specific thread, which has close to 800 posts, and make one scroll through searching for the rare if any further updates on it.

A dedicated thread on this topic should be started by MNHQ and stickied here and in other places - but I guess they don't want to alert other users to what has gone down.

Yes I seem to remember you could jump to them once.

It would make a lot of sense to restore this feature.

I don't know the answer to your question and agree it would be a helpful function to have

The 3 MNHQers on that thread were Becky, Hebe and Justine in that order - if that helps at all

I really think any HQ posts about this incident need to be pinned at the top of all the threads.

I had to scroll through multiple posts to find out what / if any action had been taken. I only found out that the photo upload is now suspended via a completely different thread were someone was trying to upload on and couldn't.

I'm finding the handling of this whole situation appalling.

Totally agree. See also Corpus 2 thread, where Justine periodically updates but its hard to track back her previous updates as thread is now very long running.

I was also willing this to be an option as I scrolled through 800 posts. It's important information that we need to be able to access. I've no idea if there's been a further update since I last checked and I won't be scrolling through 800 posts again to find out.

Agree. An statement / thread where mnhq only writes would be more helpful rather than having to search on a 800 comments thread

I can never load long threads on here, they constantly glitch, so that’s annoying. I saw Justine’s post about 3pm yesterday, has there been a further communication?

It would be helpful if all the site stuff MNHQ posts were pinned at the top of the thread so we could instantly see the replies.

I would like this feature too! I can't manage to find the mnhq responses hidden in that thread. I wish they'd just sticky a post to the top of talk and then commenting off on it. At least then we'd be able to see their comment or update.

Some way to easily find xxxMumsnet posts would definitely be a good idea, the original idea of adding it to the filter along with OP posts for all users seems like the best to me - some of the other suggestions wouldn't work on the app.

Oh, absolutely. Even just having standard identifiers that are searchable would help for starters. All the (paid) mods seem to style their names differently.

Hi, @AutumnFroglets and others. Yes, we can see how this would be useful, particularly in Site Stuff where mutiple MNHQers are posting. We'll have a discussion about this and see what's possible. Thanks for the feedback.

Any update on this yet?

I sometimes see threads in Site Stuff go unanswered and it would be great to see if a mod has responded without having to scroll through everyone's posts to find out there's been no response at the end. Being able to see multiple official answers, whether by a single mod or several, would be extremely helpful.
