...pops up every time I am scrolling MN on my phone. For every page. Is this a new thing? Can it be fixed?

Hello @Siberianskies thanks for posting. There are a few things to check before we investigate further.

Please check your browser settings. Depending on the browser, this should be pretty straightforward if you navigate to: Site Settings > Notifications.
Find Mumsnet in the list and either allow or block notifications. This should stop the repeated prompt.

Clearing your browser cache and cookies might also resolve the issue. Please also check that you're running the latest edition of your browser.

If the above doesn't solve the problem, please let us know your browser and device.
