Huge adverts making site unusable

I am being plagued by a Taylor Wimpey advert. It takes up the whole page and makes it impossible to scroll. Please get it removed or made smaller.

Hi there @TinyTear. It sounds like an ad that's not loading? Could that be it? Is there anything at all to give anything away about what the ad might be? We'll start looking into it now but any more info anyone can give (where they were when they saw it, screen grabs, whether they're on the app or main site etc) would be really helpful. Thanks!

Morning, everyone. Thanks for the screenshots. We've had a look and these ads are behaving as they should do. They're what's known as page skins and are a fairly common advertising feature on other sites, too. We are aware that some users find them distracting though. If the ads are really getting to you, we do offer a 'premium' membership for just a few pounds a month that means you won't see ads.
