Prime day add banner popping out, Premium member

Hi mumsnet hq, I'm a premium mumsnet subscriber which is supposed to mean no ads. I know in a previous thread it was admitted that you can still get in-thread ads (suboptimal) but today I'm now getting a banner that pops out across the screen. "Prime Day". Please can this be turned off for Premium subscribers, we're paying to turn that stuff off!

We're happy to look into this. When you say banner ad, does that mean the one large ads at the top of the page? Can you take a screenshot next time you see it, so we can double check?

It's a narrow pink one that appears along the bottom - I clicked on it instead of swiping it away and it hasn't appeared since, that seems to have made it go away. Thanks
