Spam with phone numbers in them

There's a very common class of spam which has a phone number in the title and usually text as well. I wonder if it'd be possible for you to automatically filter these, or at least block them appearing till MNHQ has taken a look?

Hi @ErrolTheDragon thanks for posting. We can filter things like this though spammers tend to change it up once they cop on. We'll take a look now but do report the next one you see.
