Can all these Mounjaro threads not appear on Active?

There's loads of them and a lot of the posts are just a copy and paste job and people trying to share codes. Fair enough if they are in the weight loss section but is there a way to limit it so not as many threads appear on active at once?

I'll report the copy and paste spammers but I think it's dangerous for this to be promoted so heavily on the home page.

Hello @ASwimADay thanks for sharing your concerns. We're removing posts that are spamming referral codes (though we do allow genuine users to share their codes just not in repeated posts) but have no plans to remove the board from Active at the moment. Taking boards out of Active means fewer people can find them and we can see from the popularity of the support threads that it's very useful board for many MNers. Do bear in mind you can hide boards in your Talk settings if you'd prefer not to see the threads.
