Why does this happen and can I rectify it?
I'm using desktop version on my Samsung phone (Chrome)

Hi OP

Is there a reason you're not using the mobile site? We know that it won't look as intended if viewing a desktop version on a phone. Switching to this view would likely fix the issue - can you give it a go?
