a package arrived with no labels , no information but on phoning the sender it’s apparently probiotic drinks from a mumsnet survey.

is there any context to what I am supposed to do with these?

Did you sign up to the Symprove study? You should have had an email if you were accepted on to it. You would have given them your home address when you applied.

I think I did but no email has arrived , and I have checked spam.

Hi all,

You should have received an email directly from Symprove - they are managing the study.

If you haven't received the email from them, please contact them directly via [email protected] or [email protected] and they will be able to provide further information on what to do now you have received the products.
