Whatever KM may have done, there are 7 kids who can call her mum and probably several of them (or more) love her to bits. All this endless mean speculation online - not just on MN, of course -- will just add to the hurt they've suffered.

fiodyl - i think what 2shoes means is that it would be a lot easier to ignore if it were contained to the one thread.

Having all the speculation and nastiness in one thread is so much neater and far easier to avoid.

Well, quite a few posts are basically saying 'SM is evil scum wot hid her child in a bed to make money, innit'. With no Ian Hislop-style use of 'alledgedly' afterwards. I'm no lawyer, but someone yesterday was suggesting that this might be contempt of court now that SM has been charged.
