MN Swears By nappy guide is ableist/ not inclusive of older disabled children

Just having a moment of maternal despair as 5 year old disabled DC refused to put on her pull up as it's not comfortable...as with many issues over the years, I came to MN for answers...

Was so disappointed/ frustrated/ angry to find the MN 2024 Swears By guide for nappies and pull ups does not contain any mention of the best pull ups for older children with additional needs...or even just older children who still need the security of a pull up at night, because DCs specialist continence nurse has told me that wearing a pull up at night is medically considered within the range of typical development for 5 year olds.

It's not just that a Swears By recommendation would be helpful...by not including any mention of older children in the article, MN are missing a chance to normalise and destigmatize that older children sometimes need nappies.

@mnhq do you have an Equality Diversity and Inclusion policy?

And please are you able to update the MN Swears By 2024 article with some wording to acknowledge the existence of older children who wear nappies?
