Big ad blocking posts

I'm using the website with Chrome Browser on a laptop - I've checked the zoom and I'm at 100%.

The biggest issue is that you can't actually close the ad - there is no close or X or anything to get rid of it.

It's still up, huge and flickering insanely half way across my computer screen, blocking threads. The flickering is very aggressive. It is impossible to focus on anything else while it's visible.

I'm on a Macbook using Safari if that is relevant.

Just happened to me, Safari on iPad. It flickers bigger and smaller and it’s that minecast like others

Came on to post and found others are having the same issues. No X on the ad to close it. Making the site almost unusable.

Yep, I've just had it again! Microsoft Edge on laptop.

I've had it several times since yesterday, different contenet but same format and provider. Refreshing the page gets rid, but honestly, get it blocked!

Unfortunately it's beyond me personally - I have trouble with the Sky remote these days

But we're doing our best to get these ads blocked and will let you know as soon as we have an update on this. In the meantime we're really sorry for the disruption they're causing.

4 days in a row this has stopped me using the site. I’ve posted on multiple threads in site stuff. Tried tagging people using @mumsnet. No response.
