Doesn't seem to be working properly especially since banner ads appeared. It's very slow and sticky

Hi there @SnowFrogJelly. Thanks for getting in touch. This is an issue that has been reported quite frequently so we think it's probably not to do with the banner ads. Can you tell us if you're using the Android or iOS app and precisely which device and model you're using, and we'll see if we can help.
