Wierd problem with the way my posts look

Everytime I write a post I put in paragraphs and it all looks nicely spaced and readable when I preview.By the time I post the thing it turns into awful unreadable block text and I don't know how to stop it from doing this. Can anyone help??

Hmm, well, THAT'S not it!

So ScaryHairy - you literally just type a line

then hit the return key

but the line breaks disappear when you post?
