I'm posting here because we no longer seem to have an option to start new threads on the Premium board.

Has anyone actually received the free gift box subscribers were supposed to get? I received an email asking for my postal address on 4th October and haven't heard anything since.

Hello @DwarfPlanetFiend thanks for posting. Your gift box should be with you next week but do let us know if you don't receive it by Friday. We're aware of the issue starting threads in the Premium topic and are working on a fix now. Apologies for the inconvenience - hopefully won't be too long.
