clinique 'take the day off'

wanky name but does top job.

don;t spill but can over soak cotton wool.

amazonianwoman · 10/03/2008 09:51

Just use the Eve Lom or Liz Earle cleansers I use on rest of face + muslin. Works just as well as any dedicated eye makeup remover, and much less faff. I wear lenses too.

I used to do BiFacil, now do the Virgin Vie one at half the price, but the same (if not better) job.

Have also used Gatineau Floracil, removes everything, pricey but for 200ml, lasts a good while too.

Just keep going back to Chanel one ( and I have sensitive eyes, almost everything stings them)

Second justjules with the L'oreal one - and am allergic, sensitive, & contact lens wearing. Not waterproof though.

Hate the Botanics one which I'm stuck with at the moment, oily and mucho spillage.

Wash face with shampoo in the shower, that does the trick and gets all the make up off.

Don't wear waterproof mascara any more because that was such a faff to take off. I now no longer have the Alice Cooper in the mornings look.

Sorry Cod this not exactly helpful or interesting is it?

turquoise · 11/03/2008 11:22

Oh - yes, yes YES to the Nivea one too!

dont use one

I use a 'hot cloth' cleanser - either eve lom or tesco skin brightening cleanser (very good btw) and a hot cloth - takes everything off (and I am v v sensitive to bits of mascara left over night)

Have you done a codpiece on serums and beauty flashes and illuminators and other such things which I don't really know what they are/do but would probably like to?
