It was there, and now it seems to have gone again
Can't find it in either my android phone or my desktop PC.
I can see the "thanks" option, but can't retrospectively correct an error I have spotted in one of my posts.

Can we check you're going to edit within the five minute time frame of posting? Once that time is up, the option to edit that post will disappear forever!

@Thatsmorethanhalf - as LilyMumsnet mentioned, there's a five-minute window in which to edit your post, after which the Edit Post icon disappears. We think that must be why you're finding that it comes and goes, but if you're not seeing it at all on brand new posts please let us know.
