Is it possible to log into an old account with just my username and password?

When making my old account, I used a throwaway email address (I always do that to avoid spam). I know the username and password.

I signed out of the account (app was glitching). I ended up making a new account.

But, I had lots of saved threads I would love to go back to, but I don't remember enough about the titles to search effectively.

Is there a way to get into the account with just my old username and password?
