The pooing cat Etsy ad

An ad keeps coming up (last few days) for various Etsy 'wares' e.g. a felted animal, something ceramic etc. But there is also a pooing cat calendar. The page of the calendar visible is of a ginger cat taking a revolting diarrhoea poo.

It's a bit gross. I don't know if this is an official MN approved ad, or something spammy? Can it be removed?

Why the F anyone would want a calendar like this is beyond me anyway.

Yesterday I was getting the foreign video ads "I made half a million pounds doing x"

We hate to ask this, but can you get a screenshot for us? We're pretty sure it sounds like an ad choices ad. You should be able to click the blue triangle and opt out of seeing it in the meantime.

Thanks very much for posting the screenshot. That Etsy ad is definitely an AdChoices ones, not one that we've placed ourselves - you can tell by the blue cross and triangle in the top right corner. If you click on the triangle you can send feedback to Google stating why you don't want to see this ad any more. (It may take several goes before Google get the message).

Unless Google deems an ad to be inappropriate it's likely to keep on cropping up on multiple sites, not just ours, so keep hitting the X and hopefully it will eventually stop showing for you.

Can you please tell us more about the foreign video ads "I made half a million pounds doing x" that you were seeing the day before? We'll happily take a closer look if you can give us any more details.
