Indicator on front of thread to show how many replies the OP has made

I was scrolling my 'I'm on' posts and one of the messages shown in the list you seebelfore clicking was along the lines of the last 8 pages are people arguing, FYI new posters to the thread, the OP hasn't been back.

I thought it would be really helpful to have an indicator on the thread title/link or the top of the thread of how many posts the OP has made so you can instantly see whether its worth scrolling though the whole thread - which those of us that use the android app have to do, as there is no see all feature.

Would this be something you can consider please?

Oh can't you filter to read OP only in android app?
You can on IOS. I use it all the time and don't bother reading if they haven't responded.

If you click on “see all”, on the OP, you will see how many times the OP has replied to the thread, @SheRaaaaa.

This isn't an option on the Android app

The see all on my iPhone is really useful. If the OP doesn’t engage with the thread then I don’t bother to read it.

I agree! Although, actually... I'd much rather they added the 'see all' feature to the android app 😆

I know what you mean, I get involved in a thread waiting for an update, but then I check the 'filter posts' funnel icon in the app which shows all the posts the op has made. If they don't come back, I don't bother.

Same here I have no interest in threads that run and run and the OP is nowhere to be seen.

Yes but it doesn't look like they are going to. Although if they brought this in, this probably wouldn't be on the android app either 🙄

I’ve been wondering if OPs who only post once are more likely to be AIs.

The Android app is crap. I always just use the mobile version of the desktop site. Then you can use all the features like having the OPs posts a different colour and 'see all'.

I'd need to delete the app because some bright spark decided it would be a good idea to make it so it always opens in the app if you have it so I can't switch between the two when I want. (If Google MN and click on it, it will open in the app rather than web).

Unfortunately the app loads and moves quicker than the mobile site on my phone 🙄

Hi there @SheRaaaaa. Thanks for the feedback. We'll pass on this idea. Hopefully, at some point, we'll be able to sort this so it works on the Android app too but we'll mention this as an 'in the meantime' idea for any future changes.

The android app is useless. So many features that arent there but are on iOS. It's madness especially as android is easier to program than iOS
