Hi could you pls explain what fb live is ? I logged into it before starting a personal thread having previously deactivated my fb, only today realising I'd logged in to Mumsnet via fb live so vack on fb and now not sure if any of my thread is somehow on fb??

Sorry - we're a bit confused!

Facebook live is a feature on Facebook itself, that allows an account to livestream from the Facebook platform.

We do share Facebook threads on Facebook - if we have shared something of yours that you're not okay with, please let us know and we'll take it down. Flowers

Hi there @stayclosetoyourself . We've triple checked, and no - the thread hasn't gone in and we've made a note that it shouldn't do so. We wouldn't usually share a thread like this, but for your peace of mind we've made a note anyway.

And no - there definitely wouldn't be any link made between your Mumsnet account and Facebook account ever. Your username is anonymous so all anyone would see on Facebook when a thread is shared is the thread as it appeared on Mumsnet. Hope that puts your mind at rest.
