Is there a way to remember where I've read up to on the App?

Threads I'm On / Watching - when I click on this on the app (iphone), it always goes to the start of the thread and the original OP. But on the laptop it takes me to where I last read up to.
Can I change this on the app?

If you swipe left then you'll get this screen (See photo) but it'll also say bookmark - tap on that and next time you open that thread it'll take you to your bookmark

It's not showing bookmark yet as yours was the only post on this thread when I took the screenshot

I've always wondered why it went back to the beginning of a thread. But unfortunately I just tried swiping and it did nothing on my app

Press the three little dots at the top right of the post you read.

I know how to bookmark, I just wondered if there was an automatic option like there is on the laptop. I find that really useful!

So for this thread, for example, when I click on it in the app I just get to my original post, but on the laptop I get to the last post in the thread. I'd assume that the app has that function too, but from what I now understand I have to always remember to bookmark where I am, right?

I am using the android app and nothing happens when I swipe left. Is this only an iPhone feature?

I had to click on the little arrow next to the post to get the options.
