Allow Notifications popping up

I have this popping up every page load, Everytime I click on a thread or go back or onto another topic.
Anyone any ideas what I can do?
I don't want notifications.

Hi there,
MANY apologies for the delay! Here's what we're suggesting... in your screenshot you have 3 options - allow / deny or an X which is to exit. Have you made a choice there?
If you click X or deny then you should not be seeing the opt in box again.
