A few pointers:

1. avoid txt spk
2. whatever you do, don't call anyone 'hun'
3. under no circumstances suggest, brightly, "why don't we put tickers on the threads?"
4. don't ask anyone (especially Justine) "what's the problem with these For Sale boards then?"
5. no hugs or kisses
6. swear - using MN-issue vocabulary (should have been part of your shed uniform)
