I keep seeing people mention about voting on AIBU threads.

Is there a place to vote? I've totally missed it if there is 😁

I generally look at MN on my phone.

It's up to the OP if they enable voting!
You should be able to see it if they have - but only on the mobile site. It's not yet a feature on the app!

Sorry but voting isn't on the APP yet - if you want to see votes you would need to login via the mobile site.
