Unable to search on posters names ?

Hi
Apologies if this has already been asked. I seem to be unable to search using posters names, either with the magnifying glass at the top of active, or by using the advanced search option.
Any thoughts on what to do ?

You have to delete the space that is added by default after the name you have typed. It then works. Took me months to figure it out

I was wondering why it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.

I hadn't spotted the space at the end.
