The hide topic option needs to be available in the options at the top of the topic.

There’s the option to hide a thread on the the thread, so it’s obviously possible.

Obviously mn hq don’t want it to be easy fr posters to hide threads, but it needs to be.

There is absolutely 0 justification for having to g into settings etc by some convoluted route to do it when the option is clearly possible within the topic itself.

Exactly. It's so easy and obvious how to hide threads. It should be the same for hiding whole topics.

I don't think they want anyone to hide whole topics. I have hidden so many I am down to 9 topics now.

I think there comes a point where the content is so horrendous (See the thread where the man was boasting about having sex with a child) that just hiding the threads isn't enough.
