Weird 'ad' images

I keep getting these images in posts - not clear what they are advertising and I find them really unpleasant. Can you do anything? Can I?

Hi there - thanks for posting - we're looking at this one now. To help us track it down, it would be really helpful to have the URL. You can get this (without opening the site) by putting your device in airplane mode, then clicking on the ad. Thank you.
