Could anyone advise please because this is driving me mad! I am not particularly tech savvy though so maybe I am doing something wrong?
I am going in to “Threads I’m on” and it shows (as usual) the thread title and part of the most recent post. But just as I click to get to that point, the screen changes and I find myself in the middle of a thread, not knowing in which direction I should be scrolling. And I have to scroll up or down a long way manually to pinpoint where I am on the thread and reorientate myself. Obviously this is worse, or virtually impossible, on a thread that is very long.
I found it so much easier to navigate Mumsnet when you could click to the “first” or to “last” post.
Does anyone know pls why the curser is automatically jumping to the mid-point of the thread on opening?
