It is really annoying to have ads randomly inserted onto the pages, when before they could be seen only at the top. Makes the actual posts much harder to read. Please change MN and that includes the visual ones taking up a lot of the page.

Just to precis what we said there, we did have promoted threads all at the top and we had lots of complaints about that as you had to scroll past them all to get to the 'non promoted' threads, so we changed it so they were scattered throughout. Obviously other people dislike that even more and would prefer it back how it was.
We know we aren't going to be able to please everyone on this one, but we are making a note of people's comments and following these threads to see what the general feeling is. It probably isn't something that will be changed immediately (if indeed it does change) but we are going to monitor the threads for future discussion on what we do going forward.
Hope that at least gives you a bit more information.
