Hi

have spoken about this before, but am getting pop ups again when refreshing or changing page to ask if I want to download text. I think last time there was a rogue ad responsible, but it’s happening again. Using safari on iPad. Thanks

Unfortunately it's still an issue with safari, and we don't have a straightforward fix for it. We're really sorry it isn't better news. We can suggest clearing your cache in the meantime as this sometimes helps.

You can also try denying popup access by following the instructions here: 9to5mac.com/2020/09/23/allow-downloads/
