Website continually crashing on mobile device?

I’m using IOS and pretty much every day now, MN will scroll for a while but then just stop half way through the page, nothing else loads, it stops on loading and I can’t click any of the buttons on the bottom nav.

All other websites work fine. Any ideas @MNHQ?

Sorry we look to have left you talking amongst yourselves about this for a while Blush.

It looks like this happening across a range of devices. While we look into what's happening here, could you let us know if you are on the app, web or mobile site?

Also, is it always when you get to an ad that it freezes or is sometimes freezing without an ad?

Hello everyone, we are looking into this now.
Can you let us know the exact device you are using and the browser and if it's a specific advert and if it happens every time or sometimes.

If you can can capture a screen record or any further screenshots that will really help us to get to the bottom of what's going on.

We're so sorry these ads are still causing problems.

We blocked the Northern Rail ads yesterday evening but it appears some are still getting through. Please bear with us; we'll try to get this resolved as soon as we can.

Just checking @AnyFucker - are you still seeing the NR ads this afternoon? We know you're on iPhone/Safari - we're just trying to work out how and where they're getting through.

Thanks for bearing with us. Hopefully we've now blocked all of these ads but if you're still seeing them, can you please try clearing your cache.

Crashing for me too. Android phone using chrome. The message eventually comes up "chrome not responding " though every other website works fine, cleared the cache etc
