The 'show all messages' or 'show 1000 messages' isn't working for me any more - it just takes me back to page 1 of the thread.

Hi @FluffyBooBoo please can you try fully logging out and back in again. Also, please try again with a different browser, and let us know if you're still having problems?
If this doesn't help, please can you let us know if you're using the desktop or app, and which version of browser and device that you're using? Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this for you.
