Keyboard disappears

It only happens when I try and post here, emails are fine. It is annoying obviously. Anyone else? When it disappears I get the option to post a photo some times.

This is the only report we've had of this, so it's going to be quite hard for us to replicate. Are you able to take a video of this happening, and send it over to us at [email protected]?

We've asked tech to look into this. Is this an ongoing issue or does it happen intermittently?

Hi all

The video was very useful to our tech team - they identified that the issue was device related, and managed to replicate it.

Unfortunately, as it's not a site issue, we aren't able to fix it - but upgrading to iOS 15 fixes the issue.

Could you do this and let us know if it works?
