After that experience and losing £100 (Paypal were unable to recover it despite finding me in favour) I have learnt my lesson and now either buy it brand new from a shop or buy it from Ebay where at least I have some protection. It's a shame but I am not rich enough to give money to conniving scammers.

MNHQ are going to find it hard to provide a solution that pleases everyone. I would just say... buy from boards at your own risk.

If you go to the registration details page, there is a link under the save options button for entering your children's details.

then in the profile page you say how much of that information is visible, ie names or not.

tis a bit clunky and difficult to find....
