The ads are back in Premium

Just refreshed a page and was asked to consent to cookies.

Did so and now have ads and big swirly thing at the top.

Ipad safari desktop.

Ads everywhere now and I've lost my premium features.

Ironically, the ad in the top panel is encouraging me to sign up for Premium!

I had this a couple of months ago - annoying isn't it?! I signed out and back in again, and that seemed to sort it for me 🤞🏻

Ads are back for me - great big red vodaphone ones

I've got ads too. Had to get a new password because I can never remember it, and they're still there.

Did it ask you to accept cookies when you signed in? I find that's what causes it to happen.

No, I don't think so. Also, it's ok on my laptop.

Are ads really the main feature of premium? So if you have an ad blocker on then there’s not much point?

Premium advertises a perk of having fewer ads, so there will still be some even if you pay. If you have Ad blocker then from what I've seen it's similar to having premium with regards to ads, and in some cases you actually have less ads than those who pay for premium.

It's the main feature for me - problem with adblocker is that it was causing other sites I use to not work properly, and it kept letting ads through as well. I don't get any ads at all on MNPremium when it's bloody working , despite the promise being fewer not none.

Can you try logging out and back in again?

I know your're not interested, but they are back.

We are interested, @hugoagogo, and we're sorry to hear this. Did they disappear for a while and now they're back?

We're getting this looked into again now but in the meantime can you please log out and in again, just to check if that makes a difference.

They reappear every few days. I log out and in again and it only solves it temporarily.
Android phone and chrome browser.
