Buttons all gone

I’m on iPhone in the mobile view and logged in but my bottom bar of active I’m on etc have all disappeared. Help!

Although they are on this page but when I just browse they are not there.

How weird! Mine disappeared again randomly just now although they have been working fine all evening.
