I can't change my username

I've tried on my phone (Safari) and my laptop (Chrome), but it won't let me overtype or delete my username. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I would appreciate any help! Thanks.

Hi there,

To change your username go into My Mumsnet then Settings then Account Details. If you pick a name that is already in use it will tell you that this is the case.

If this doesn't work then drop us a line at [email protected] and we'll get our tech team to look into why this isn't working for you.

We've had another check backstage and we think there was a problem at our end, not yours! Can you have another try now please? Hopefully you'll be able to register a new username, but please let us know if you're still having problems.
