Where are you seeing that ad, JingleCatJingle? Are you on the desktop site, mobile site or the app?

Is it an AdChoices ad? You'll know by the blue triangle in the top right corner of the ad. That means it's not one that's been placed by us, and you have the option of not seeing it again by clicking on the triangle and selecting the relevant option.

If you screenshot it for us next time you see it, we can just double check it's above board, too.

Though tbh, we think it's quite a famous campaign, and one that many Mnetters would be affected by - so we're not too worried about it at the moment.
