Intrusive video adverts

Is anyone else having problems with the Johnsons baby advert? It's embedded so every few scrolls down a thread this same starts playing its loud intrusive music. It's a tiny button to press pause or mute and that only seems to work for a few times before you have to listen to the whole damn thing. I don't want to have my phone on silent so why should I have to listen to it over and over again?

Thanks for your patience on this one and once again for the feedback on the video player.

As you know, the majority of our revenue comes from advertising and we often test new ways of advertising on site. We're currently testing showing video advertising to logged in users on the Property board.

We've taken on board your feedback and are actively looking at the content to keep things a little more fresh and we'll be making a change this week which limits the video player (whilst logged in) to only the first page of the thread.

We've just replied to your post on this other thread, but just in case you've missed our post (and for everyone else) we're answering here too.

Thanks for your feedback. If you're logged in, these videos should only appear in the Property topic, so if anyone spots one elsewhere could you please grab a screenshot? All of the screenshots posted on these Site Stuff threads appear to be from threads in the Property topic, so if they're cropping up elsewhere, we'll rectify it.
