Name changing

I can't change user name, never have been able to... is that normal? Would like to be able to change it, how do I get MN to sort it out?

Sorry to hear you've been having namechange issues all this time.

We've made a couple of changes at this end - can you have another try please? Fingers crossed it'll work now.
