I've just registered with a new mumsnet account because my previous one seems to have disappeared! I've been trying to log in to the account for a few weeks, and have sent two emails to the mumsnet contact us email asking for help, but haven't had a response. When I tried to log in to my original account again earlier today I got an error message saying that no account with that email address exists! Does that mean my original account (which I've had for 10 years) has been deleted for some reason?!
