Hello,
There was a prob posting for a minute or so while I was changing over. Should be OK now. To get old colours back and forget pages, go to customize talk board and click the button near the top to get the "Mumsnet classic" option.....

As I understand it, the standard spellings are the Z ones, but with variant -ise forms in the UK on some (but not all) words. Maybe we'll make that an option too (goes option mad).

Hello Twig, there are still a few glitches to be ironed out. If you are in "book" order and post a message you only see the last five or so messages, even if you have the page set to "unlimited". I'm compiling up a list of problems and will put out a fixed version overnight. Ta.

SatanGeorge, I'll have a look at the search thing now, but may not be able to put out a fix till overnight, sorry.

The search pages should be OK now. On the buying/selling, the pictures will be back later tonight. I'll take a look at the unanswered threads thing. I shall be having words with my testing group (hollow laugh).

Hi all, re the ignore appearing / disappearing. We've been restarting the server a few times this evening while we iron out little issue-ettes (like nothing working right). Each time we do that, you can get "logged out" until next time you either enter a message or log in deliberately. This shouldn't happen if you have the "remember me" thing set. We'll leave it alone now until very late on tonight, so it should be steadier.

giraffeski, same problem, i just did a restart. If you log in again it should be OK. wheresthehamster, I'll have a look at threads I'm watching. I may have inadvertently broken it.

Hi WWW, Sounds like what you need to do is:

Click mumsnet classic. This resets you to unlimited messages per page, and most recent first order. Then, on that same page, On that same page, flip the order selector box to "book style" and click save at the bottom of the page.

Then you'll have old mn, except that the op will be at the top of the page and the thread will read down the page, but all messages on one page. Is this what you are after?

jas, can you do me a favour and go to www.mumsnet.com/TalkTestPage. Fill in the word jas in the email box and click store. It will help me figure out what's wrong, as I'll be able to see what kind of browser etc you have. Thanks.

Yes, I think it's a problem with Apple Safari version 2 not liking something. I'll fix it up. I didn't notice as I've got safari 3 which seems happy enough, but isn't out properly yet so only technobods tend to have it. Gimme half an hour......

alyblackcat, you can go to this page and choose whole topics to ignore there. Just move the topics you want to ignore over into the right-hand box and click "save selection". Then they should disappear from active convs

Hi RubberDuck, re Threads I'm on not jumping to the right page - I'll have a look at that. We fixed a similar problem on "search all" last night. I may not have done TIO as well.
