I've just got a forward email from you about the competition that I recently won. It looked like a sort of reminder from the previous email you sent but I had already passed on my details to you in a reply sent either the day you sent the original message or the day after.
I've also sent a couple of emails to the MNHQ general address over the last month that are unrelated and haven't got a reply to those.
I'm now wondering if, for some reason. My emails just aren't getting through to you. My email address is related to a large educational establishment and I am emailing via remote access but this doesn't usually cause me problems. If there's nothing from me this evening, please could you come back here to tell me and I'll try from another address or something.
I'm so chuffed I won the pyjamas and have been so excited about it all.
