Getting rid of 'bookmarked' posts

Can't believe I'm having to ask this but I've tried to find the solution and can't. I've been on this site for around 12 years and have never encountered this before.

I've accidentally 'saved' a post which has bookmarked it. How do I get rid of the bookmark ? The thread has moved on now by several pages and I just want to view the last few posts instead of being taken back to a post which was made hours ago.

Using the website on a Macbook.

Hi @ClosdesMouches,

I've also been here for many years (!), and as far as I'm aware you can't Unbookmark a post on the desktop site. What you can do, though, is go to the opening post of the thread and hit the Bookmark button on that one. Then you'll be able to read the rest of the thread again. Or you can hit the Bookmark button on any subsequent posts - that will effectively remove the original bookmark.

Can you have a try and see if that works? Smile

Glad to hear it. Smile

For anyone else using the desktop/web version of the site, the Bookmark tab appears if you hover the cursor at the bottom right of any post.
