I must have chosen to do this at some point in the past. All threads start with the most recent message - which is really annoying! I can't for the life of me work out how to reset it so that the OP is at the start (i.e. chronological order).

Hi @Vinosaurus, we'll happily talk you through it.
If you're on the desktop site, scroll to the top left of the page to where it says Talk in big blue letters.
Next to that is a circle with a down arrow.
Click on that arrow (it takes you to the Talk Preferences page)
Scroll down to Talk Options
Where it says: Newest Messages at - select: Messages read down page like a book
Hopefully that'll see you right. It seems like you must at some stage have switched to the Most recent first option.
